Movies Based In Boston Are The best And If You Disagree, You're Wrong.

Because I’m growing up 30 minutes from Boston you could say I’m a tad bit passionate about this topic, but I promise you I’m right and there’s no arguing this. Movies based in Boston have consistently proven to be cinematic masterpieces, and I’m here to talk about it.

I don’t care what genre we’re talking about. The 617 has it all. First of all, our actor room are unreal. Very deep group. Just off the top of my head we got Mark Wahlberg, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Steve Carrell, etc. At least one of those guys your Uncle Sully claims he played little league with.

Don’t even get me started on the movies. The Departed, all timer. Could be one of the greatest mafia movies ever. Good Will Hunting, all timer, and in my opinion the greatest movie of all time. I don’t even think it’s remotely close. Ted. Absolute classic. Even though I’m not 12 year old, it still gets me every single time. The Town. Great movie, also, everyone’s little cousin had a game in that rink up in Charleston at one point or another. Mystic River, Black Mass, Equalizer, are you kidding me? All classics. Seeing the scenes in these movies when I know they’re in Boston will never fail to put a smile on my face. Only thing that sucks about watching them is that your cousin Jimmy who still lives with his folks at 40 always finds a way to bring up that he could’ve been in the Funky Bunch. Other than that, watching Marky Mark risk his relationship because he’s doing nothing but taking some bong rips on his studio apartment couch is very enjoyable. Absolutely classic.

Boston’s got the classics, there’s no denying that. So if you still disagree with my flawless take, reevaluate yourself.
